Terms of Use

Effective date: 13 Jun 2026. Safe Haven is an 18+ moderated community platform for anonymous stories, polls, comments and creator content.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Safe Haven, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Age restriction

Safe Haven is intended for users who are 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. User accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before posting or using restricted features.
• You may not create accounts to harass, impersonate, spam or evade moderation.

4. Anonymous content

Safe Haven allows users to post under a display name or anonymously. Anonymity does not permit illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory or harmful content.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech or threats.
• Sharing someone’s personal information without permission.
• Sexual exploitation, illegal content, scams, spam or malicious links.
• Impersonation, fraud, doxxing or attempts to bypass security.
• Content that encourages self-harm, violence or criminal activity.

6. Moderation

Safe Haven may review, hide, remove, reject or restrict content and accounts at its discretion. Users may be warned, blocked or permanently removed for breaking the rules.

7. Reports

Users can report confessions, comments and polls. Reports are reviewed by admin. Submitting false or abusive reports may lead to account action.

8. Creators, tips and subscriptions

Creator features, tipping and subscriptions may be enabled on the platform. Payments, payouts and access may be subject to verification, rules, admin approval and payment-provider requirements.

9. Platform availability

Safe Haven is provided as-is. We may update, suspend or change features without notice, especially for safety, security or maintenance.

10. Limitation of liability

Safe Haven is not responsible for user-generated content, losses caused by misuse, third-party services, payment-provider issues or interruptions outside our control.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
